Wildlife photography of three brown bear cubs nursing on a beach in Hallo Bay in Katmai National Park

After successfully digging for clams along a sandy shore on Hallo Bay in Katmai National Park, a mother Coastal Brown Bear patiently reclines as her eager cubs nurse. Hallo Bay, which extends about seven miles at the base of the Aleutian volcanoes of Alaska’s Pacific Coast, is very well known for Brown Bears.
