In the heat of the late afternoon, a male African Lion surveys the vast savannah found in the magnificent Northern Tuli region of Botswana. The largest and most powerful of Africa’s cats, Panthera leo, is most active during the cooler portion of the day or at night. The lion’s big mane is no longer thought to be for protection, rather the size and especially the color of the mane reveals the male’s strength and vigor.

The image you have selected, and all our fine art photography, is sold in limited editions of only 50 acrylic prints. Several sizes are available for each, but we will never create more than 50 total reproductions.
Certified Authenticity
All Goeddel Gallery’s fine art wildlife photography is signed and numbered. For added provenance, each includes a matching signed and numbered archival quality certificate of authenticity. We mail the certificate separately, white gloves included for proper handling.

This exciting innovation has become the gold standard for photographic fine art and produces vivid color, stunning three-dimensional depth, and the highest resolution possible for ultra-sharp clarity.
Framing Options
Lumachrome acrylic prints are created specifically for impressive display with no external frame. Hidden on the back of the print, is a floating frame with a French cleat, allowing the piece stand off of the surface on which it is displayed.
However, if a more traditional look is desired, we also offer a striking 3 1/4” handmade natural wood frame from Roma Moulding in three colors – Charcoal Black, Cloud White, and Cocoa. When a frame is selected, a 3” liner is also included in white or black. The drop-down menus above will show how your art looks with or without framing.

Shipping
Our limited edition acrylic prints ship in 4-6 weeks, and shipping is free within the lower 48 United States. Shipping charges to destinations outside the Lower 48 United States do apply and will be calculated when ordering.
