A Red-naped Sapsucker keeps watch over his Wyoming surroundings from his Spring nest in a quaking aspen. Red-naped sapsuckers are cavity nesters who prefer to make their home in live aspen, birch or cottonwood trees near water. This particular cavity is especially beautiful with its placement in the bark and the newly unfurled leaves, and it was able to be photographed at eye level. There are several nestlings inside that the parents are busily tending and delivering food to.

All Goeddel Gallery’s fine art wildlife photography is signed and numbered. For added provenance, each includes a matching signed and numbered archival quality certificate of authenticity. We mail the certificate separately, white gloves included for proper handling.

Framing Options
Lumachrome acrylic prints are created specifically for impressive display with no external frame. Hidden on the back of the print, is a floating frame with a French cleat, allowing the piece stand off of the surface on which it is displayed.
However, if a more traditional look is desired, we also offer a striking 3 1/4” handmade natural wood frame from Roma Moulding in three colors – Charcoal Black, Cloud White, and Cocoa. When a frame is selected, a 3” liner is also included in white or black. The drop-down menus above will show how your art looks with or without framing.

Shipping
Our limited edition acrylic prints ship in 4-6 weeks, and shipping is free within the lower 48 United States. Shipping charges to destinations outside the Lower 48 United States do apply and will be calculated when ordering.
